Report to BFAR incidents of bullying by Chinese vessels;
Strengthen reserved armed forces;
Continuous request for fish aggregating device due to its destruction by Vietnamese;
Improve communication system with vessel monitoring system;
Look for new fishing grounds;
Conduct patrolling to address intrusion and unauthorized fishing of commercial fishing vessels in municipal waters
