GOVERNANCE 

1. Intensify Monitoring, Control and Surveillance (MCS) 

• Strengthen Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) on Bantay Dagat Project in coordination with Brgy. Officials
• Procurement of speed boat and other operational equipment 
• Quarterly conduct of Coastal Clean Up 

2. Capacity building of bantay dagat

• Strengthening/utilizing AFP reserve force 
• Strengthening of Coastguard (provision of fund and support for operations) 
• Strengthening and Utilizing AFP Reserve Force and other agencies (PNP-MGs and Coastguard) 

3. Develop strong coordination and cooperation among LGUs

ECONOMIC AND INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT 

1. Construction of seawall 

• Continue river control projects on strategic locations 

2. Aquaculture production (seaweed production) 

• Regulatory measure for coastal development to protect coral reefs/marine habitat 

3. Provision of alternative opportunities 

• Processing of cacao and coffee 

4. Development of eco-tourism 

• Improvement of access roads for eco-tourism projects 
• Regulatory measures for coastal development to protect coral reefs/marine habitat

SUSTAINABILITY 

1. Mangrove planting/rehabilitation 

• Forest tree species planting (coffee, pine trees) 

2. Delineation of municipal waters 

• Strengthening of first responders
