5. Strengthening of MFARMCs and bantay dagat;

   5.1 Provision of Insurance for Fisherfolks under PCIC (Health, Death, and Dismemberment)

6. Conservation of watersheds;

    6.1 Development of Wetlands, Public Parks, and Green Spaces

7. Develop/update CLWUP and LCCAP;

   7.1 Issuance of Boundary Resolution for Municipal Waters (Abra De ilog and Puerto Galera)

8. Provision of biodiversity friendly enterprises to provide alternative livelihoods to fisherfolks;
    8.1 Establishment of multi-packaging Center

9. Intensify IEC campaign.
