ZAMBALES
- Implementation of "tapat ko, linis ko" in partnership with Zambales Hotel Owners Association and the barangays;
- Provincial government of Zambales to forge partnership with ZAMHORA for a stronger implementation of Tapat ko, Linis ko
- Passage of ordinance to implement Tapat ko, Linis ko.
- Inclusion of the passing of Barangay Resolutions (e.g. Sta. Cruz)
- Inclusion of Comprehensive Waste Management System that will include creation of sanitary landfills; limit the use of styro and other plastics and conversion of waste to energy for sustainability
- Partnership with NGOs ( e.g. Alon and Araw)
2. Delineation of municipal water boundaries to prevent the entry of large commercial vessels;
- LGUs with assistance of the academe to conduct studies and surveys of water areas LGUs to establish markers and buoys
- LGUs with assistance of academe to create of maps and documents
- LGUs to implement the regulations and laws
- Coordination with the Bureau of Land Management for the delineation of boundaries Creation of a Joint Resolution with concerned LGUs

3. Implementation of zoning ordinances;
- Creation of a unified fishery ordinance

- Regulates land use and development
- Establish land use limitations
4. Re-activation of Zambales MPA Network to address IUU Fishing in coordination with NGAs;
- Strengthening Fisheries Management: Implementing sustainable fisheries management practices, such as catch limits and closed seasons, to prevent overfishing. Enhancing Monitoring, Control, and Surveillance (MCS): Improving monitoring and enforcement capabilities to detect and prevent IUU fishing activities.
- Community Engagement and Education: Raising awareness among local communities, fishermen, and other stakeholders about the importance of sustainable fishing practices and the impacts of IUU fishing.
- Collaboration among NGAs, local governments, and other stakeholders to share
- Inclusion of a continuous intervention
- Forge partnership with US Peace Corps
- Inclusion of Orientation and Assessment as part of the process
- Inclusion of the subject on Coral Assessment
5. Strengthening the presence of Bantay Dagat through increased support;
- Personnel recruitment and deployment of Filipino Watchdog Group Funding and resources for Equipment and technology (e.g., patrol boats, surveillance gear, maintenance, MOOE)
- Training and capacity building for Bantay Dagat to enhance its effectiveness in protecting Philippine coastal resources.
- Infrastructure development: office and storage spaces/ coastal outposts Public awareness and education campaigns.
- Inclusion of Capacity Building for Bantay Dagat
6. Establishment of slope protection through mangrove planting, tree planting, and reforestation to address siltation’
- Reducing coastal erosion and siltation
- Protecting coastal villages from storm surges
- Restoring damaged coral reefs

7. Creation of TWG (LGU, enforcement, NGAs) to assess and address the issue of informal settlers along the coast;
- Conduct assessments of the current situation of informal settlers along the coast.
- Create mapping of informal settlements in coastal area
- Ensuring enforcement of laws and regulations
- Develop and implement relocation and rehabilitation plans.
- An initiative launched in 2020 to encourage people, especially informal settlers, to return to their home provinces and resettle there.
- Inclusion of Community Based Monitoring System (CBMS)

8. Mandatory creation of Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO)

- Provide support, funding, and resources for the initiatives and programs recommended by the ZMDC.
- Fisherfolk Communities
- Pledge and show support to the goals of the Provincial Government, participate in training workshops, organization of cooperatives, and alternative fishing activities.

- Conduct studies, surveys, and data collection to inform decision- making and program development.
- Industry Experts
- Provide guidance, best practices, and technical assistance in implementing sustainable fishing practices and recommend strategic plans and directions.
- Non-Government Organizations
- Provide technical expertise, resources, and support for the projects of the council.
OLONGAPO CITY
- Implementation of "tapat ko, linis ko" in partnership with Olongapo Beach Owners Association and the barangays;
- Delineation of municipal water boundaries to prevent the entry of large commercial
